What’s new for John & Tanya James

Many of you know that just over a year ago, John and I had a prompting in our heart to move to the West Coast of Florida. We had no idea what God had in store, just that we had to go. We had spoken at a church in Ellenton, and when we arrived home, God made it clear that we were headed there and that that would be our new home church.
We had no idea, that at the same time, God would orchestrate John’s best friend of over 30 years to make a move himself from the State of Washington, to become the new Worship Leader at this same church, who ended up being the Co-Producer on this album.
Upon arriving here, the message John preaches often about rolling up your mat, would be the very thing that God told John to do, only his was in the area of not singing for over 27 years. When he finally surrendered this area to the Lord, the music just began to flow, like an unstoppable force that had been dormant for 27 years.
Long story short, his new album called “God of the Second Chance” is due to be released shortly and we feel released to go back to West Virginia.
Many of you have been part of this miracle journey, both financially and prayerfully. We can’t thank you enough as well as the Source Church in Ellenton FL for the use of their new Recording Studio to make this miracle come true.
In the middle of this miracle, John and I also wrote and recorded the Psalms of Praise album that I sang, and he musically arranged, that will be released about the same time. If that was not enough, John has also written a book of his life story, which is also in the works to be made into a movie that we are looking for someone to fund the script writing for.
I don't want to for a minute say one more thing about what "we" have going on. I want to point all of this to the Lord who has miraculously orchestrated these events and I want to give Him ALL the glory and honor and praise!
